Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-home therapy across Colorado. You will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment for children with communication and feeding needs while partnering with families for carryover in daily routines.

The role offers full-time or part-time opportunities, flexible caseloads, and a supportive clinician-led culture. Colorado licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active, unrestricted SLP license (Colorado).
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or actively pursuing.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions for speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing disorders.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
