Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Pediatric Physical Therapists to provide in-home therapy across Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. You will evaluate, treat, and monitor progress for children with developmental, physical, and neurological needs, delivering personalized plans in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license (Colorado).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1+ year pediatric experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric physical therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and motor development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
