Job summary

TEIS is seeking a home-based pediatric Occupational Therapist to serve children aged 0–3. You will develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans and coach families to integrate therapy into daily routines.

The role involves local travel to client homes, flexible scheduling, and benefits including ESOP ownership, 401k, and paid time off. Pennsylvania licensure and NBCOT certification are required.

Qualifications

• NBCOT Certification, renewed every 3 years.
• PA State OT License, renewed by June 30 of every odd-numbered year.
• Clearances: Child Abuse (Act 33), Criminal History (Act 34), FBI Fingerprinting, Mandated Reporter Training (Act 31)
• Current Pennsylvania driver's license, insurance and personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans based on patients' individual needs, in accordance with TEIS procedures and parents' requirements.
• Incorporation of family-friendly therapy into children's everyday routines.
• Local travel for in-home Early Intervention Services.
