Job summary

Connect Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team serving Stigler, Oklahoma. In this role, you will deliver in-home therapy to pediatric patients, assess needs using standardized tests, and collaborate with families to set and achieve goals.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in regular team meetings.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid, active Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses.
• Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
• Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.
