Connect Pediatrics in Stigler, Oklahoma is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our home-based care team. You will perform evaluations, develop and implement in-home therapy plans, and collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to address each child’s goals.

We value one-on-one patient relationships, clear communication, and delivering compassionate, holistic care. Oklahoma OT license and BLS/CPR are required; pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid, active Occupational Therapy license in Oklahoma.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests for pediatric needs.
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with diverse diagnoses.
• Communicate regularly with families about goals and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation and share updates with the care team.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient progress and strategy.
