Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Mansfield, TX, is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs. You will evaluate, plan, and implement pediatric OT services in the home and community to help children build independence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Texas) is required.
• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
