Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas service areas. The role focuses on helping children build independence and daily functioning within a supportive, clinician-owned organization.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate families for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care in EMR system
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
