Job summary

People Incorporated is hiring an in-home Occupational Therapist (Early Intervention) in Massachusetts. This fee-for-service position offers a flexible schedule with visits and assessments in birth-to-3 settings, focusing on delivering therapy in home environments where it matters most.

Responsibilities include providing in-home OT services, supporting families, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to maximize outcomes for children and their caregivers.

Qualifications

• MA licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass criminal background check and driving record screening.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Early Intervention experience preferred; pediatric and sensory experience a plus.
