Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Texas is seeking licensed OTs to provide in-home pediatric therapy across the state. The role emphasizes building independence in children and partnering with families for daily carryover.

Full-time and part-time options are available with guaranteed pay while building caseload, plus comprehensive benefits and ongoing mentorship within a clinician-led environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate families for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an EMR system
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
