Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to deliver in-home therapy across Texas communities. You will evaluate, plan, and implement pediatric OT programs aimed at improving daily functioning and independence for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and a multidisciplinary team while providing mentorship and growth opportunities in a clinician-led organization.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1+ year pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional skills.
• Educate families for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
