Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Texas is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Odessa and surrounding areas. The role focuses on helping children build independence and daily functioning within a supportive team.

You will conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions for ADLs, motor and sensory skills, and social-emotional development, while educating families for carryover and collaborating with physicians.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Texas)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
