Qualifications

• Current Texas Occupational Therapist license.
• New graduates may be considered with mentorship and support.
• Pediatric or home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy in the home setting or clinic.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Address fine motor, sensory processing, coordination, play, self-care, and independence.
• Educate and empower families to maximize carryover.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and communicate progress.
