Qualifications

• Valid OT license in Texas.

• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with various diagnoses.
• Engage families with regular updates on goals and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation and communicate changes to the care team.
• Participate in team meetings to refine treatment strategies.
