Job summary

Pediatric Partners, part of the Sevita family, is hiring Pediatric Occupational Therapists and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants for in-home and clinic-based pediatric services in Dallas–Fort Worth. Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities and a $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Texas Occupational Therapist license.
• Pediatric or home health experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy in the home or clinic setting.
• Evaluate children and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement treatment plans based on each child’s needs and family priorities.
• Address fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.
• Educate and empower parents and caregivers to maximize carryover between visits.
• Collaborate with caregivers and other members of the care team and complete timely documentation.

Education

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Current Texas Occupational Therapist license
