Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Abilene, TX is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide in-home pediatric therapy across Texas service areas. The role offers both part-time and full-time options, with flexible scheduling and a supportive clinician-led culture.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Texas) is required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
