Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Parent Aide/Educator to support NH clients in home and community settings. You will report to the Clinical Supervisor and coordinate with the treatment team, families, and collateral providers to implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities include case management, court reporting, parent education, and supervision of visitation. Requires a high school diploma with experience, or an Associate degree with relevant experience, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience with children, youth and families in home/community settings or 2 years with an Associate degree.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned caseload and delivers in-home services per DCYF referrals.
• Collaborates with DCYF to develop treatment plans and attend meetings.
• Documents progress, conducts risk assessments, and reports to court as needed.
• Provides parent education, coaching, and supervised visitation.
• Uses Electronic Health System to document clinical contacts.

Education

High school diploma with 4 years minimum of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting

Associates degree with 2 years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred

Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Authorized to work in the U.S.
