Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking a Parent Aide/Educator to join our New Hampshire team. You will work in home and community settings, supporting children and families with evidenced-based in-home services and collaboration with DCYF and the clinical team.

Responsibilities include developing treatment plans with families, documenting progress, providing parent education and supervision, and ensuring safety. Evening visits and flexible hours are required to accommodate clients' needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with 2 years of experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
• Access to high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned caseload and implement in-home services per referrals.
• Collaborate with DCYF to respond to referrals and develop treatment plans.
• Develop measurable treatment goals with families and DCYF.
• Document all clinical contacts and reporting using the Electronic Health System.
• Provide parent education and supervised visitation to children, adults, and families.
