Job summary

RVNAhealth is seeking Experienced Physical Therapists to join our In-Home Outpatient (IHOP) team, delivering outpatient-level PT in patients' homes and assisted living communities.

We serve post-surgical and orthopedic patients, offering meaningful one-on-one care and collaboration with families, physicians, and the care team. Current CT PT license and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CT Physical Therapist license or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Outpatient orthopedic, post-surgical, or home-based therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide outpatient PT services in patients' homes and in assisted living facilities.
• Treat post-surgical and orthopedic patients, including joint replacements.
• Conduct pre-operative safety evaluations and post-surgical follow-ups.
