Job summary

Cascade Fence and Deck in the Pacific Northwest seeks a professional, field-based sales representative to meet homeowners onsite, walk property, measure, assess scope, and guide them toward the right fence or deck solution. You will build trust, gather details for accurate estimates, and move projects toward signed agreements using our pricing software.

You will be in person at our office almost daily. We generate strong lead flow and you’ll work with Marketing and Operations to ensure a 5-star

The Role

This is not a “car salesman” job.

This is a professional, field-based sales role for someone who can represent our brand with confidence, accuracy, and integrity.

You’ll meet homeowners onsite, walk their property, take measurements, assess scope, and guide them toward the right fence or deck solution. You’ll build trust face-to-face, gather the details needed for accurate estimates, and move projects confidently toward signed agreements. We have a custom built pricing software to make your life easy with the numbers. You will be in person at our office almost daily as this is not a remote based position. Some remote capability is expected but we prefer to interact with you in person

We generate strong lead flow. Your job is to turn opportunity into well-scoped, well-sold projects that Operations can execute smoothly.

You will work closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure clear communication, clean handoffs, and a 5-star customer experience.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary: $80,000–$120,000 DOE (This is NOT a commission based role)
