Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation in Green Brook, NJ, is seeking motivated, licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants to deliver one-on-one, in-home therapy as part of the Geriatric House Calls model.

Work with a supervising OT, join an interdisciplinary care team, and grow your clinical skills with mentorship and development opportunities while helping older adults regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid OTA license in NJ or eligibility to obtain one.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient with basic computer skills and EMR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized in-home treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Instruct and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system following clinical standards.
• Coordinate care with POAs and community referral sources.
