Qualifications

• Valid OTA license or eligibility to obtain in practice states.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program with recognized credentials.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising OT.
• Instruct and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX EMR per standards.
• Coordinate with POAs and referral sources; assist coverage as needed.

Education

Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain

Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

Current CPR certification
