FOX Rehabilitation in Franklin, MA is seeking licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants to deliver one-on-one, in-home and senior living care under a supervising OT. You’ll guide patients through individualized treatment plans and help rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence in FOX’s Geriatric House Calls model.

As part of an interdisciplinary care team, you’ll work with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, with built‑in mentorship and clear opportunities to grow your caseload and clinical

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant license in MA, or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsabilités

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising OT.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Stay connected with patients, POAs, and community referral sources; help coordinate coverage.
