Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Philadelphia. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, steady caseload, and a supportive team focused on meaningful home health care.

The role offers per-visit compensation ($60–$75) with potential benefits and reimbursement for travel. You will evaluate mobility, implement rehab programs, and educate patients and families on recovery plans while maintaining Medicare-compliant

Qualifications

Active occupational therapy license in good standing.
BLS CPR certification.
Reliable transportation to patients' homes.
Comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adults and seniors in their homes.
Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
Educate patients and families on recovery plans and prevention.
Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
