Job summary

InHome Therapy is looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in Lycoming County. This role offers flexible scheduling and encompasses delivering therapy, evaluating patient progress, and maintaining precise documentation. The position compensates per visit, with rates ranging from $65-80 depending on visit type and complexity. Qualifications

• Must hold a valid occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing.
• Certification in BLS CPR is required.
• Possess reliable transportation for home visits.
• Comfortable using technology for communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to patients.
• Evaluate patient mobility and develop treatment goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation.
