Job summary

Concierge Home Care in Ocala, FL is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide 1:1 patient care in the home. This full-time role offers a flexible schedule, autonomy, and the ability to build a personalized workflow while delivering meaningful care.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, supervising COTAs, and coordinating with physicians. Compensation starts around $110K with potential to reach $175K+ annually through bonuses and mileage

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Florida OT license.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to supervise COTAs.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform home safety assessments and recommend modifications.
• Provide therapy to improve ADLs, functional mobility, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
• Complete documentation using streamlined technology.
