Job summary

Empower ABA is seeking a compassionate and dependable Behaviour Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes. You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Part-time position with a pay rate of $20 to $24 per hour. Schedule options include 8:00 AM–11:00 AM or 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing you to choose your own hours. Weekly hours depend on the client’s schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience working with children preferred; ABA or RBT experience is a plus.
• Willing to complete training and certification requirements.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned client location.
• Comfortable working in clients’ homes and receiving ongoing BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized treatment and behaviour support plans.
• Record session data and complete notes accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Attend required training and supervision.
• Provide consistent, reliable support for your assigned client.
