Job summary

Empower ABA in New York seeks a compassionate Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes. This part-time role supports BCBA supervision and focuses on building communication, social, and daily living skills for children.

Weekend schedule: Saturday 9:30 AM–5:00 PM and Sunday 12:30 PM–5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $20–$26 per hour. Ideal candidates are reliable, own transportation, and comfortable working in home environments.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with children preferred; ABA or RBT experience is a plus.
• Willing to complete applicable training and certification requirements.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned client location.
• Comfortable working in clients’ homes and receiving ongoing BCBA guidance.

Responsibilities

• Follow individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Record session data and complete notes accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Attend required training and supervision.
• Provide consistent, reliable support for your assigned client.
