Job summary

Empower ABA is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in their homes. You’ll work under the supervision of a BCBA to help clients build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Part-time position with weekday evenings; pay rate $20 to $24 per hour; schedule typically 4:00 PM–6:00 PM or 4:00 PM–5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekly hours vary by client and case assignment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience working with children preferred; ABA or RBT experience is a plus.
• Willing to complete applicable training and certification requirements.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned client location.
• Comfortable working in clients’ homes and receiving ongoing BCBA guidance.

• Follow individualized treatment and behavior support plans
• Record session data and complete notes accurately and on time
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Attend required training and supervision
• Provide consistent, reliable support for your assigned client
