Job summary

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, document progress, participate in discharge planning, and help patients return to meaningful daily activities through tailored therapy plans and caregiver training.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted OT licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess daily living/work-related skills and develop therapeutic retraining programs.
• Confer with physician and care team to develop/update the Plan of Care.
• Provide therapy to improve/restore strength, coordination, ROM and function.
