Responsibilities include documenting confidential information, scheduling visits, and communicating clearly with patients and staff to ensure high-quality, compliant care in home environments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current state license and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of one year experience in acute, rehab, outpatient, home health, or long-term care settings.
• CPR certification.
