Qualifications

• CA license to practice Occupational Therapy (upon hire).
• BLS CPR certification within 30 days.
• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Occupational Therapist.

Responsabilités

• Respond to service requests and initiate referrals as appropriate.
• Assess patients to obtain data for treatment planning per physician orders.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and the care team.
