Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in Albuquerque, NM, either in private residences or senior living communities. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes, with optional telehealth to extend access.

You will evaluate, plan, and provide evidence-based therapy to improve mobility and independence, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and utilizing FOX’s Geriatric House Calls

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence and safety in daily activities.
• Document effectively in the EMR per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
