Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Northlake. You will have a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and a supportive team that prioritizes patient care.

Responsibilities include delivering in-home OT, evaluating mobility and function, implementing rehab programs, educating patients and families, and maintaining Medicare documentation. Home visits require reliable transportation and basic digital comfort.

Qualifications

• Active OT license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes.
• Comfort with technology and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans.
• Maintain Medicare-compliant home health documentation.
