Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy for adults and seniors in and around Quarryville. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, steady caseload, and support from a therapy-first team as you assess mobility and performance in the home setting.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, deliver rehabilitation programs, and guide patients and families through recovery.

Qualifications

• Active occupational therapy (OT) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification is required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home occupational therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
