Ignite Rehab (DBA Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy) in Morris County, NJ is seeking a per diem Home Care Occupational Therapist to provide in-home services. The role is part-time with hourly compensation between USD 72 and USD 93.75.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist program graduate.
• Licensed OT in New Jersey or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Home health experience is preferred but not required; mentor provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy treatment in patients' homes.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver care aligned with physician orders and standards.
• Educate family members and caregivers on therapy techniques.
• Plan and carry out OT programs to improve function and reduce pain.
• Perform initial exam and document visits timely.
• Monitor treatment effects and adjust as needed.
• Willing to treat geriatric patients.
