Job summary

Jobsought is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to perform in-home assessments in California, focusing on ADLs and home safety. You will develop energy-saving treatment plans using adaptive equipment and functional strengthening to help clients perform daily tasks.

You will schedule and conduct patient home visits, managing your caseload with flexibility, while collaborating with a supportive team to ensure holistic care for each patient.

Qualifications

• Valid California Occupational Therapist license.
• CPR or BLS certification.
• Driver's license and auto insurance.
• Physical + TB test (within the last year).
• Professional liability and business license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-home assessments to address activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental ADLs, and home safety.
• Create personalized treatment plans focusing on energy conservation, use of adaptive equipment, and functional strengthening for daily tasks.
• Schedule and conduct patient home visits based on your preferred caseload and availability.
• Work with a supportive team to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's plan of care.
