Job summary

Legacy Home Care in the Twin Cities area is seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) to provide in-home care, build meaningful connections with clients, and support independence. You will drive to clients' homes, spend time with them, and deliver hands-on assistance in daily living activities.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients
• 1+ year caregiving experience; CNA certification a plus
• Pass a caregiving knowledge quiz
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month

Responsibilities

• Drive to clients' homes and spend at least 2 hours with each client
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and activities of daily living
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and exercises
