Job summary

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a 1099 contract in Shamrock, TX to administer patient care at the patient’s residence. The schedule is 8 hours per month, with compensation at $40–$42 per hour.

Required: valid RN license, CPR certification, willingness to TB test, and dependable transportation. At least 1 year of RN experience in clinical or home health settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willing to undergo TB testing, as required.
• Maintain required professional liability insurance and dependable transportation.
• At least 1 year of RN experience in clinical or home health settings.

Responsibilities

• Execute physician-prescribed plans of care.
• Complete compliant documentation of care provided.
• Manage and administer prescribed medications and therapies.
• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Communicate with family, physicians, and case managers.
• Provide one-on-one in-home nursing care.
• Collaborate with CNAs and PCA staff.
• Perform other personal care services as needed.
