Giving Home Health Care in Shamrock, TX is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a 1099 contract position. The role involves delivering in-home patient care per physician plans, with limited hours (8 hours/month) and compensation of $40–$42/hour.

Qualified candidates have an active RN license, CPR certification, and at least 1 year of clinical or home health experience, plus the ability to travel to patients' homes and pass a background check.

Formación

• Current State or Compact License as a Registered Nurse.
• 1+ years of RN experience in clinical or home health settings.
• Current CPR certification.
• Willing to get TB tested.
• Maintain required professional liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation and be willing to commute to patients' homes.

Responsabilidades

• Execute physician-prescribed plans of care.
• Complete compliant documentation of the care provided.
• Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies.
• Perform activities of daily living.
• Monitor for changes in the patient's condition.
• Communicate with family, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding the patient's health.
• Work one-on-one in the patient's home to provide a comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants.
• Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet the patient's needs.
