Qualifications

• 1 year of NP experience required.
• Current NP licensure with prescription authority.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with health software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, including medical history and risk evaluations.
• Administer lab-based testing and care management referrals.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for patient care.

Skills

Master's Degree or commensurate experience

Current NP licensure

AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification

Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification

1 year of NP experience

Strong computer skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
