Responsibilities

• Join a national network of clinicians delivering in-home health evaluations.
• Perform in-home health evaluations, including med history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests.
• Utilize iPad and clinical workflow to complete evaluations; no prescribing or regimen changes required.
• Travel locally and within licensed states, as needed; may conduct virtual visits.
