UnitedHealth Group's Optum HouseCalls seeks an NP/PA for in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members. This field-based, non-prescribing role emphasizes preventive care, member education, and identifying gaps in care.

The schedule offers 20–40 hours per week with flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., no on-call, and no holiday coverage. A generous sign-on bonus ($20,000) or student loan repayment ($40,000) is available.

Formación

• NP/PA licensure in the applicable state (as appropriate).
• Experience with in-home health assessments preferred.
• Ability to educate members and identify gaps in care.
