Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking NPs for in-home health assessments under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans. You set your own schedule, with 60 hours per month minimum and visits across multiple counties in your region.

Travel options and malpractice insurance are included where eligible. This 1099 role offers a high-volume workflow with pre-populated forms, no treatment plans, and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-scheduled in-home health assessments.
• Submit the forms after each visit.
• No treatment plans; assessments only.
