Qualifications

• Active NP license required in the state of practice.
• Board certification in FNP, AGNP, or ANP is necessary.
• Reliability with personal transportation is a must.
• Candidates must be available for at least 60 hours/month.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-scheduled in-home health assessments.
• Follow structured workflows and use pre-populated forms.
• Maintain a flexible schedule based on personal availability.
• Earn additional pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits.
