Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and Medicaid members.

This role allows for complete scheduling flexibility, with no nights or weekends required. With a high visit volume and flexible compensation based on commitment, it's an ideal position for both seasoned NPs and new graduates.

Contracts can be short or long-term and include travel assignments with costs covered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification in Family, Adult, or Gerontological Nursing.
• Reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-scheduled in-home health assessments.
• Submit assessment forms post-visit.
• Work flexible hours as per personal schedule.
