Job summary

The ideal candidate is an NP with an active license and board certification, capable of committing to at least 60 hours/month. Compensation ranges from $500–$1000 per day based on visit volume, and additional bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license is mandatory.
• Board certification required in FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Candidates must have reliable personal transportation for patient visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments.
• Complete patient forms and submit after each visit.
• Commit to at least 60 hours of visits per month.
