Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s Degree or equivalent experience and NP licensure.
• Current NP licensure must include prescription authority or ability to obtain.
• Board certification in relevant specialties is necessary.
• Valid driver’s license required for state of residence.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with medical record software are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments during in-home visits.
• Administer and order lab tests as required.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and provide patient education.

Skills

Master’s Degree or commensurate experience

Current NP licensure with prescription authority

AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification

Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification

1 year of NP experience preferred

Strong computer skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
