Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide patient-centered care in Tustin, CA and surrounding areas on a PRN basis. Therapists will work in patients' homes and communities, delivering evidence-based treatment for neurological and complex orthopedic diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function and ADLs/IADLs.
• Address cognitive needs and perceptual skills.
• Select adaptive equipment and assistive technology as needed.
• Contribute to patient-centered goals in home and community settings.
