Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Torrance, CA seeks experienced Occupational Therapists to provide truly patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in OT and state licensure required.
Master's degree in OT preferred.
Experience with neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills.
Cognitive needs addressed with adaptive equipment and assistive technology as needed.
Deliver patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities.
