Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Escondido, CA is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to deliver patient-centered neurological rehabilitation in patients' homes and communities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
Experience in neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills required.
Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs.
Address visual and perceptual skills and cognitive needs.
Assess and provide adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.
Collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans.
